Come and Grow

Our teaching reflects a commitment to the inerrancy of the Scriptures—the Old and New Testaments of the Bible. Through teaching the Scriptures, we intend to fulfill Jesus Christ’s commission to
“make disciples of all nations.” 

Besides our Bible-centered teaching during the Sunday worship services, we currently offer during the week. These provide a setting for in-depth study, interaction, sharing, and prayer for personal needs.

Our goal is for every Christian to mature in their faith and character into Christ-likeness. Whether you spend one Sunday with us, or several years as a member of our church, we want to ensure that you have grown spiritually to some degree in that time you spent with us.

God wants to use us as His uniquely designed instruments to care for people and grow His church. We try to get you involved in the many ministries according to your giftedness and passion, whether your stay in Copenhagen may be brief or lengthy.

LIFE Groups

It is fantastic to belong to, and to participated in a church like FIBC. We meet Christians from all over the world and enjoy the bond we share in Christ. In worship services we enounter God as the basis of our life and in ministry we learn to apply practically care and love for each other.

The life groups offer an opportunity to have this on small scale: experience worship and fellowship and practice ministry. Sometimes people of the same age, sometimes with similar family circumstances, sometimes as people have the time to meet at that specific day of the week.

It is our strong conviction that everybody should be connected to a life group. In smaller groups we can grow together in love and ministry. We can be encouraged to be followers of Jesus in our daily lives. To be trained to become disciples of Jesus.

For the young adults and college students among us, we have a very active group which meets weekly for study and fellowship, and other times throughout the week for games, concerts, outings, etc.

It is called connect and will hopefully allow you to get connected with fellow Christians in the Copenhagen area.

Wednesdays from 7-9pm students can meet other students to study God's word.

Men's Prayer Meeting

The men of FIBC meet every Tuesday morning 7:30-8:15. That’s early enough for most of us to still make it to the office before the workday begins. For exact details on the location, please call Jan Komrska (22 23 86 12) for more information.
